THE BOARD ROOM IS NOT THE “BORED” ROOM! Planning a surprise birthday party, anniversary dinner, small wedding, pre-theatre cocktail reception or executive meeting? Don’t forget the Suites! The Concierge staff is available to help you plan that event! You may utilize the kitchen and the new automatic dishwasher, retractable screen, etc. Use of the Board Room is free to all owners and available from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM (hours of use earlier and later upon request). Guidelines, extra charges and catering suggestions are all available by telephone, e-mail, FAX or post.
