San Francisco Suites

Dear San Francisco Suites Owners and Friends,

HAPPY NEW YEAR, 2012!

It is hard to believe that in a few days we will be ringing in the 2nd year of the 2nd decade of the 21st Century! We have experienced in this first decade events that have changed our lives forever and will affect us all for generations to come. This magnifies how fragile life is, and how fortunate we are.
The Age of Technology has so much to offer (as daunting as it sometimes seems) and coupled with extrodinary advances in medicine and science makes these truly unique times.

As we move forward at San Francisco Suites there are also noticeable changes, hopefully in the best interest of the Association’s ownership. As you may know, there are many planned upgrades scheduled for 2012. Confirmed project schedules will be posted on the website for your information.
With a newly upgraded reservation system on the horizon our systems will be more accurate and efficient which will allow us to serve the owners and guests even better. Our plan is to post an availability calendar on the website for you to review before calling for reservations.

We have posted a secure message board for Suite owners to communicate with each other. This will allow you to post requests for other owners to review. example: You may want a reservation when only parlors are available. Someone may have a posting on the board that would trade a parlor night for a master night. You may not have any days available in this share year but need to visit the city; you may find a posting for a suite that an owner may lose because they are near the end of their share year and not be able to make it to the suites someone else may be able to trade or work out an agreement between each other which will help maximize your share week(s). Our goal is to have as many owners use their week every year without losing any days. PLEASE sign up and review the message board frequently. This will be most effective with many participants. You may be able to help a fellow owner or vice versa.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS:

1. The front desk is currently taking reservations between 7a.m. and 10:45 p.m. daily. Phone messages and email requests will be considered on an        availability basis and are not confirmed until a confirmation letter is received.
2. You may reserve a suite 270 days from the day you call even if the request is in your next share year.
3. Maximum occupancy for all suites is 4 people. If your party is larger than 4 an additional suite will be required, no exceptions.
4. All reservations, changes and cancellations should be confirmed by email from the Suites. Verbal confirmations are not possible. If you have not received an email regarding any of the above within 72 hours it is advisable to contact us.
5. You may request a particular suite when making a reservation however, your suite number may change to better accommodate all owners.

Our goal is to make your visit to the Suites more enjoyable and memorable than ever before. Your input is invaluable and very much appreciated.
