San Francisco Suites

Dear San Francisco Suite Owners & Friends:
Greetings to you all from your San Francisco home. Please allow me to introduce myself to those of you I have not yet had the pleasure meeting.
My name is Henry Potter. I have been in your employ as concierge since October 2006. From my first day I realized how wonderful and very unique a place San Francisco Suites is. Little did I know what joy I had in store as I started to experience the real essence of the Suites, the owners. I am amazed each day I am here and have the privilege to interact with you who are visiting.
Recently there have been some changes at the suites causing confusion and angst which has been disappointing on many levels. As we all know from life’s experiences, change can be disruptive, however time seems to allow healing. This is where I feel we are at this point with a bright future ahead.
The January 21, 2008 Board of Directors meeting included a very arduous task recognizing the Suites current state of affairs. After the meeting they also held a general employee meeting to assure the staff of their complete support, addressing concerns and offering solutions.
At that time, I was offered the opportunity to step into a very major new role as the Manager. I am honored, but do not take the offer lightly, recognizing the magnitude of the task at hand. To achieve the trust and support of you all will be a long and ongoing commitment. Over time I hope to lead the operation here to a level that will make you all proud of us. There will be many ups and downs, but I hope to continue and improve the “Suites Culture” that you all look so forward to, and deserve, on each visit.
I hope to see each of you in the very near future. I consider your questions, comments and suggestions invaluable and look forward to them. I am always just a phone call away. I thank you in advance for your patience, understanding and support during this time of transition, and look forward to a long and fruitful tenure.
